GREEN LOANS

Does this sound familiar?
Raining in my heart

The dissapointment felt by the fact that that the Rudd Government let down a lot of people who showed faith in the green loans program, spent thousands of dollars to get trained to carry out the governement’s wishes only to be let down in the green loans saga.
However they[the Rudd government] restored the balance by rekindling the fire of enthusiasum in the assessors by dictating a revamped policy to encourage the qualified assessors to continue with their endeavours to assist the government in assessing the eco state of the countrys dwellings and commercial/industrial premises.
However the publics view of their initiative has been somewhat tainted and now they are reluctant to participate in that process of FREE assessments because of the past and recent failures in the Rudd/Garrett system.
The assessors therefore now have a difficult time in creating interest from the public in the Rudd eco plan and somewhat retarding the viabilty of the assessors continuing to support the programme because of the leaner version of income generation that has been created by the revamped policies in the assessment programme.
However it is now a far better system to work with and removes many of the anomilies that existed before. For that the Rudd government should be praised.
Sometimes when in damage control mode it can be difficult to get on the right track, they are to be commended.
Now the assessors can make a part time income as a result of the changes, but more to the point it will remove some of the operators that have entered the programme for the wrong reasons and are now on the way out.

GREEN LOANS, MONEY FOR JAM

I am very interested in making our environment more sustainable for the future and I see the Green Loans program, a new Australian Government initiative, as a way to help Australians tackle climate change by implementing in many cases very simple changes in their daily habits.
I am now A Home Sustainability Assessor working for the Commonwealth Government.
The Green Loans Program assists Australian families to install solar, water saving, and energy efficient products if they which to purchase these products to upgrade their homes making them more sustainable for the future.
After many hours of research, if asked by a client I will be able to recommend, a wide range of products that would suit their individual needs. I personally have a passion for this field and have educated myself in the many areas associated with improving ones living environment leading to a sustainable future.
I see a need for the services that I can provide and because I am diversified, I will continue to explore the many avenues relating to my fields of interest enabling me to expand any time in the future.
By making monies available to the public on a interest free basis many householders who are also concerned about their immediate environment will have the opportunity to change some or all of those things through the Green Loans Program, thus reducing their energy and water bills, increasing the comfort of their home and help reduce damaging carbon pollution.
Each year the average Australian household contributes 13 tonnes of greenhouse gas to the atmosphere — enough to fill 280,000 balloons — and draws an average of 292,000 litres or 73,000 buckets of water.
More Australians are looking for ways to help protect our environment from the impacts of climate change and reap the savings that come from using less energy and water around the home.
Around the house your green ambitions may be as simple as switching to energy efficient light bulbs and repairing leaking taps to bigger projects like installing solar panels, grey water filtration systems or rainwater tanks.
With your assessment report in hand, you can make water and energy saving changes as simple or as large scale as you like, as your sustainable home assessment report is the first step to qualifying for a green loan of up to $10,000 that is interest free for up to a maximum of four years.

EBAY – PAID MY MONEY VIA PAYPAL – NOTHING ARRIVED

SELLER NO LONGER REGISITERED
DOES THAT SOUND FAMILIAR….?
I don’t have that much time on my hands to spend hours each day on the internet but today was raining and overcast, what better time to have a quickfix.
So cleaning up a few emails was the first order of business. I found myself again writing an email asking about some goods I had purchased via Ebay,so rather than repeat the same I went straight to my Ebay to see what was happening and now, lets say, I am a little more than peeved. The seller was no longer regisitered so after paying for goods that I have been waiting over a month, I have now had to go to paypal to lodge a claim against the seller and will more than likely have to wait another month to get my money back if at all.
This is not the first time this has happened to me and seriously how do some of these sellers get on ebay? I always check out every seller who has an item that I would like to bid on, even asking questions if I feel things aren’t clear enough, sometimes this can lead to problems with the language barriers, i.e sending 6 emails with the same specific question and still not getting a correct or even close answer, just like pulling nails, torture, sometimes you just give up and put it in the too hard basket but overall the few things that I have purchased arrived promptly and as described. Getting back to the point at hand, I only ever bother with sellers with a very high to perfect feedback score and have been around for a descent length of time but still I end up disillusioned.
Does anyone else out there have the same problem or is this only happening to me?

A Dog Tale(Tail)

"Bear" My daugthers dog
Talk about dogs. There are several things to be aware of when bringing up several animals of the one species at a time.
Feeding them is an issue in itself. Bulk cooking is the only thing that makes sense and better for them as well.
At the moment I have five loveable dogs, two females and three males, Welsh Springer Spaniels to be exact, and everyday they have their cooked meals as I don’t believe in feeding dogs any of that “canned “variety food and best of all they have a rich and varied diet, are much healthier with no bad smells or weight problems. It takes a bit of time but once you are organised it flows pretty smoothly, very habit forming.
My butcher has grown to, lets say, appreciate me as I always try to get the best deal for my money. The dogs presently eat 10 kg of minced chicken carcasses plus other minced meats,3kg uncooked pasta, 2kgs rolled oats and 10kg of vegetables and fruit plus garlic and yeast and whatever else looks interesting, this all goes into the pot over the week as I cook up a new batch every couple of days as a new supply is needed and this all gets topped off with their dry dog biscuits and fresh bones.
So to all you dog lovers – bye for now and how about your dog food story?

First posting for this wild child..

What a wonderful world.
The job market is a odd thing. There are people who are complete idiots and land a job without trying…!!
I have qualifications coming out of my ears with a degree in Commerce and many other pieces of papers that tell everyone how wonderful I am, but so far am still unemployed…
